RTS Wind Group, which includes high-voltage specialist Ventus Energy, has appointed Kevin Jones as Chief Executive Officer. The Group is an award-winning full-service provider to the global onshore and offshore wind sector.
Kevin brings more than 18 years of operational leadership experience across the wind industry. He joins RTS Wind Group from Skyborn Renewables, where he served as Global Head of Operations, overseeing complex international portfolios, shaping operational strategy and driving performance across diverse asset bases.
A results-driven executive with a strong track record in operations and maintenance, Kevin has previously held senior leadership positions including O&M Director at Les Éoliennes en Mer Services for Summit Renewable Energy Europe. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade with Vattenfall, holding roles such as Head of Offshore Operations UK and acting as Head of Operations for the European portfolio. In these positions, he carried full profit and loss accountability and led multi-disciplinary teams across the United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany and Sweden with responsibility for asset integrity, availability and performance optimisation.

In his capacity as Chief Executive Officer, Kevin will lead the next phase of RTS Wind Group’s strategic growth, enhancing operational scalability and reinforcing delivery capability for major operators and OEM partners worldwide.
